Mack R. McCammon, 53 years old, died at 9:05 o'clock yesterday morning in Joplin. He was a resident of this district most of his life, He had been ill for the last 10 months. Surviving are his wife Mrs. Lena McCammon; three daughters, Miss Georgia McCammon at home; Mrs. Morris McGowan and Mrs. Bud Beeson, of Miami; two sisters, Mrs. Clyde Robinson of Miami and Mrs. Gertie Erwin of Denver, Colo., and two grand-daughters, Kathryn Sue McGowan and Phyllis Jean Besson of Miami.
Funeral services will be conducted by the Rev. Richard E. Shields at 10:30 o'clock Saturday morning at the Thornhill-Dillon chapel in Joplin. Burial will be in Baxter Springs cemetery.
