Until his death, Cordia had in his possession and used, a razor issued by the British Army. It was taken from a British soldier during the War of 1812 by one of the Colvett ancestors, probably John D. Colvett, who was stationed at Camp Jackson, Savannah, Georgin.
Cordia and Alice had three children: Melissa, born March 13, 1953, Kenneth Paul born Dec 25, 1955, and Gary Dee Colvett born August 21, 1967.
