Mrs. Mary Wilson
INMAN. Feb. 9. Mrs. Mary Jane Green Moore Wilson, age 79, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs C W. Foster, near Inman, Sunday night at 10:30 o'clock after illness of several months.
Mrs Wilson had made her home near Greer all her life and was the daughter of the late Whitten Green and Louvicey Campbell Green, and was highly respected and has a large family connection.
Mrs. Wilson was twice married. Her first husband. J. T. Moore, died 22 years ago.
Her second marriage was to M. H. Wilson, who died 2 years ago.
Surviving are three children: Mrs. J. W. Foster, of Cherokee Springs; Mrs. C. W. Foster of Inman route 1;
one son. W. I. Moore of Greer;
and one brother Andy J Green, of Mississippi, and one sister, Mrs. Amanda Keller of Greer;
also 20 grand children and 21 great grand-children.
Mrs. Wilson was for many years a faithful member of the Zoar Methodist church near Greer and funeral services will be held at this church Tuesday afternoon at 1 o'clock, conducted by her pastor, the Rev. M. M. Brooks, of Duncan, assisted by the Rev. Walter Harrison, of Greer.
Interment will follow in the family plot.
