Mrs. Mary Anna Ellett Mitchell
Mrs. Mary Mitchell, age 85, widow of Abb Mitchell, died Nov. 6, at Grenada County Hospital. she was a member of Corinth Baptist Church.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Nov. 8 at Corinth Baptist Church. Rev. Matthew Greer officiated with interment in New Hope Cemetery.
She is survived by four daughers, Mrs. Frank Roberson, Rt. 1, Scobey, Mrs. Perry Little, Mrs. James E. Tousinau, both of Pascagoula, Mrs. Ben Carlin, Bay Town, Texas; two sons, Arnold Mitchell, Ft. Worth, Tex., Clayton Mitchell, Memphis, Tenn.; two sisters, Mrs. Ida Brunson, Mrs. Zanie Casey, both of Memphis; two brothers, Silas Ellett, Charleston; Roman Ellett, Rt. 1, Tillatoba; nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
Her grandsons were pallbearers.
