A native of Martinsburg, PA, she is the daughter of the late Samuel and Izetta Ferry. She is also preceded in death by two husbands, Lloyd C. Brumbaugh and Blair Paden; a daughter, Doris Nehmzow; a grandson, Robert; a great-grandson, Jermey; a sister, Margorie Heartman; and a brother, Wayne Ferry.
Lois lived most of her life in Pennsylvania and Florida before moving to Hendersonville. She worked as a seamstress and hairdresser. Lois attended Mud Creek Baptist Church and enjoyed oil painting, crocheting, and sewing.
She is survived by a daughter, Deanna Nealy of Hendersonville; two sons, Kenneth L. Brumbaugh of Shippensburg, PA, and C. Allen Brumbaugh of Dillsburg, PA; nineteen grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren; and eleven great-great-grandchildren.
A service will take place at later date in Pennsylvania.
