Moses Little, of Massachusetts. ; [p.53] Daughter of Horace Chapin Little and Rosa Roak, his wife. ; Granddaughter of Josiah Little and Sally Brooks, his 3rd wife. ; Gr-granddaughter of Edward Little and Hannah Brown, his wife. ; Gr-gr-granddaughter of Josiah Little and Sarah Toppan, his wife. ; Gr-gr-gr-granddaughter of Moses Little and Abigail Bailey, his wife. ; Moses Little (1724-98), commanded a regiment at Bunker Hill and was officer of the day when Washington took command of the army. He was at the battles of Long Island, Trenton and Princeton, and was retired on account of ill health. He was born and died in Newbury, Mass. ; Also Nos. 3295, 7958, 9788, 10450, 12183, 14998, 21818, 28810, 31307.
