David H. Collins, 80, of 9 Weiler Homes, died Friday in Maumee Valley Hospital.
Born in Brucetown, Va., he lived in Toledo 32 years. Mr. Collins was a stationary engineer at Toledo State Hospital. He retired 10 years ago. He was a member of Good Shepherd Church.
Surviving are his wife, Rose Ann; daughter, Mrs. Rosemary La Velle, Springfield, O.; sons, Joseph and Alvan David, both of Toledo; sister, Mrs. Ellsworth Hiesland, Oregon, and 11 grandchildren.
The body is in the Tohle Mortuary. Services will be at 8 a.m. Tuesday in Good Shepherd Church, with burial in Calvary Cemetery, Springfield.
