Zora Ann Lonzo, 95, Independence, died Saturday, Jan. 31, 1998, at the Rosewood Health Center.
Mrs. Lonzo was born June 29, 1902, in Providence, Ky., and had lived in Sugar Creek most of her life. She was a home health care provider for many years. She was a member of the Business and Professional Women`s Association and was active in the Women`s Department of the Sugar Creek RLDS congregation. Her husband, Pete Lonzo, died in 1956.
Her survivors include three daughters, Mable E. Andes, Independence, Irene M. Lewis, Sugar Creek, and Cece Shinabargar, Oak Grove; one brother, Russell Green, Modesto, Calif.; two sisters, May Tarone, Rancho Cordova, Calif., and Frances Brown,Lee`s Summit; 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Speaks Midtown Chapel. Burial will be in Mound Grove Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 8:30 tonight at the chapel.
