Ralph Ernest Smith, 66, died March 1, 1976 at his home, of cancer.
He was born December 23, 1909, Taylorsville, Idaho, to Adam and Nannie Hensley Smith. He married Isla Jane Rice on March 19, 1936 in Mesa, Arizona in the LDS Temple.
Ralph was a former employee of Eldredge Furniture Co, for 20 years; Dundee Clothing, Co, Salt Lake City; J.C. Penney Co., Mesa. He was active in LDS auxiliaries; served a stake mission.
Survivors are his wife; daughter, Mrs. Samuel (Ethelynn) Keiser, Los Gatos, California; Mrs. Wayne (Annette K.) Davis, Bountiful; four grandchildren; sisters: Mrs. Nora Cunning, Clearfield, Davis County; Mrs. Hattie Bush, Idaho Falls, Idaho; half sister, Mrs. Ada Madsen, Colfax, California.
Funeral, Saturday noon, 20th Ward, 2nd Avenue and G Street. Burial, Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.
