Brother of Ollie, Ora Belle, Onah, Ada Mae, Jesse Lawsey "Bill", Moulden, Johnnie Irene, Maude Annie "Maudie" and Sammie Carolyn Locklin.
Thomas first married, 15 July 1918 in Bell Co., TX, to Mary "Etta" Garner, a daughter of David G Garner and Dorothy Jones.
Thomas next married, about 1940, to Maggie Ethel Stevens, a daughter of John Stevens and Winnie Broyles.
Thomas and Mary had 5 children: Millard Lawson, Mary Helen, Martha Leona, Jackie and Joe Early Locklin.
Thomas and Maggie had 3 children: 2 sons, 1 daughter - one of the sons is Sammy Michael Locklin.
Thomas is a grandson of Jesse Daniel Locklin and Mary Elizabeth Guthrie.
Thomas died in Tuolumne Co., CA.

Note: Martha Leona was the only known child of Thomas and Mary Etta's born in California. I am searching for Martha Leona's burial location. She was born and died in Los Angeles Co., CA - born 18 Jan 1924 and died 23 June 1924. If you have any information regarding her final resting place, please contact me.

I spoke to Steven Locklin, a grandson of Thomas William and Mary Etta Garner Locklin, and he was not aware of Martha Leona. After talking to him, he called his 1/2 brother, Tommy, who did recall the name Martha, but had no further information to share. These little nuggets of information is the very thing that keeps research going day after day!
