Mary Lou (Weidley) McKee, 94, of Hollidaysburg, went home to be with the Lord on Monday. She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Herbert and Laura (Little) Weidley. She married Donald H. McKee, who preceded her in death in 2009 after 60 years of marriage.

Surviving are two daughters: Carolyn of Hollidaysburg and Kay Kiser and husband James of Altoona; a special adopted grandson, Dean Lighter; a granddaughter, Wendy Smith; and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister, Marjorie Krause.

Mary graduated from Altoona High School in 1945 and the Altoona School of Commerce in 1947.

She retired from the Accounting Dept. of Veeder-Root after 30+ years service.

Mary was a member of the Coachmen Camping Club, Chapter 165, and the Carson Valley Church of the Brethren, where she served as the organist for 50+ years.

She enjoyed camping, knitting, counted cross-stitch, and word search puzzles.

Friends will be received from 5-7pm on Friday, April 29, 2022 and 10am-11am Saturday, at Carson Valley Church of the Brethren, where a funeral service will immediately follow at 11am Saturday. Interment at Alto Reste Park.

In lieu of flowers, please make memorials to the ACTS 4 fund at Carson Valley COB: 122 Church Rd. Duncansville, PA 16635.
