He was born to the late Norman C. and Verdie V. (Lawson) Hall on March 30, 1934 in Lafayette, IN.
Don proudly served his country in the US Navy. After the military, Don worked in the automotive industry, working in auto-body repair shops.
Don married his late wife, Beverly Louise Hines, in 1957. He enjoyed hiking, boating, scuba diving, hunting and fishing. Don also enjoyed buying cars, fixing them and selling them. He also adored old Western films.
Surviving are two children and one sister. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife; and five siblings - Lawrence E. Hall, Marilyn Harvey, David Hall, Edith Anderson and Peggy Lechner.
A funeral visitation took place on Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at Simplicity Funeral Care from 1-2 PM. A funeral service followed at 2 PM, officiated by Celebrant Amanda Atkins.
