Pelzer - Elizabeth Ann Spearman Blackstone Turpin, 78, wife of Richard Dale Turpin, passed away Saturday, April 16, 2022, at her home. Born in Anderson County, she was a daughter of the late Dean and Ida Parker Spearman. She retired from J.P. Stevens and Martin's Nursery and was a member of the Ware Place Church of God. In addition to her husband, she is survived by daughters, Deana Ann Blackstone (Eddie) of Williamston, and Freda Hall (Randy) of Walhalla; son, Dino Turpin (Marie) of Walhalla; son-in-law, Michael Kirby and granddaughter, Samantha Kirby of Simpsonville; grandchildren reared in the home, Candace Jenkins (Damien) of Charlotte, NC, and Timothy Ellison (Rebekah) of Clinton; sister, Dot Anders (Frank) of Lowndesville; and brother, Jack Spearman of West Pelzer; seventeen grandchildren, and sixteen great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by daughters, Tracy Kirby and Tabitha Blackstone; and sister, Maxine Blackstone; and brothers, Charles Spearman and Billy Spearman. Visitation will be Monday, April 18, from 12:30 to 1:45 p.m. at Ware Place Church of God, with the service to follow at 2:00. Gray Mortuary, Pelzer
