George Hamlin Freeman, 70, of Hot Springs Village, Arkansas, passed away, Friday, September 21, 2018 at his beloved home surrounded by close family and friends. George was born December 23, 1947 in Eldorado, Arkansas to Charlie Hamlin Freeman and Louise Goins Freeman.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and three sisters, Martha Jo Berry, Sue Shelton and Marlene Louise Cottrell. Mr. Freeman is a retired businessmen and co-owner of G & F Carpet World in Camden, Arkansas and Hot Springs Village, Arkansas.

Survivors include his wife of 51 years: Sandra Kay Stringfellow Freeman, daughter, Carol Rena Badger and husband Mark of Cave Springs, Arkansas, son Keith Hamlin Freeman of Hot Springs, Arkansas and three grandchildren, Zach Badger of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Braden Badger of Cave Springs, Arkansas and Meredith Freeman of Hot Springs, Arkansas. Also a host of family and friends his life touched and enriched.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, October 3 at 1:00 p.m. with a Celebration of Life service immediately following at 2:00 p.m. at Christ Lutheran Church,103 Ponferrada Way, Hot Springs Village, AR with Pastor Kurt Kovanen officiating.
