Susan Diane Maddox Patterson passed away peacefully on April 16th, 2022. She is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Earnest W. Patterson Sr. Her sons; Corey (Jennifer) Patterson and Earnest W. Patterson Jr. Her brother, Barry (Helen) Maddox. Her sisters in-law; Nancy Patterson, Brenda (Wayne) Cruse and Carolyn Loundermilk. Her grandchildren; Nikki (Troy) Harris, Joshua Dantzler, Cole (Hannah) Patterson and Kaylee Patterson. Her nephews; Kyle Maddox and Brett Maddox. 5 great-grandchildren, great-nephews, numerous cousins, and special friends. Susan is proceeded in death by her parents, Walter Clyde Maddox and Anne Elizabeth Maddox.
Susan was a devoted mother, grandmother, and sister. Who loved her family more than anything. She worked for BSC and later devoted her work to the American Red Cross before retiring. Susan was an avid Travis Tritt fan and casino goer.
The family will receive friends and family at Clark Funeral Home at 1:00 pm on April 23rd, 2022. A memorial service will be held immediately following the visitation at Clark Funeral Home at 3:00 pm.
