Ernest Odin "Odie" Albertson born February 20, 1936 in Los Angeles, California passed away Saturday, April 9, 2022 at Adventist Health Sonora. Honorably discharged from the army in 1957. Was a cowboy and horseman from the age of 15 yrs. He was an avid gardener and was well known throughout Tuolumne County for the hundreds of onions that he grew and distributed to many friends and family. He loved animals and had many different animals through the years. He also built stagecoaches with his good friend Zane Orr. He and Zane built/sold several coaches they built from scratch. They traveled east to Pennsylvania to obtain the best materials and paid great attention to detail. He always lived his best life and loved his family and friends. He was outgoing and loved people and talking to them. His most favorite job was working for Tom Frasier in Columbia driving the stagecoach. He often mentioned he wished he could drive the coach again.
