Nathan Robbins, 85, of 4643 Student Drive, Ventura, died this morning at home. Born Nov. 2, 1878, in Prescott, Ariz., Mr. Robbins came to Ventura from Orange seven years ago and had been making his home with his son, Leo. He was a retired rural mail carrier and had been employed with the Orange Post Office for 45 years. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Orange. Survivors include another son, Lloyd, Anaheim; sisters, Mrs. Maggie Myers, Anaheim, and Mrs. Clara Porteous, Hemet; and a niece, Mrs. Henry Ward, Montalvo. Friends may call at the Ted Mayr Funeral Home until 9:30 p.m. Saturday. Funeral services are pending.
