Eureka River, April 5 - Addie Jane Maurice, of Montagneuse Valley, passed away on March 28, 1937. She was born near Morristown, Rice County, Minnesota, May 13, 1857, and leaves to mourn, her husband, D R Maurice; two daughters; three sons; a step son; fourteen grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; two brothers and a host of friends.
Mrs Maurice was a faithful member of the Seventh Day Adventist church for more than 50 years. Her steadfastness and devoted christian character was an influence felt by all her many friends.
Interment was made in the Lutheran cemetery north of Hines Creek.
