Born 16 Nov 1875 at McGaheysville she was the d/o the late Jacob D. & Kate Higgs Emerson. She was a member of the Newport United Church of Christ. She was twice married. Her 1sthusband was William P. Foltz. Her 2nd husband, Jacob Perry Foltz died in 1960. Daughters, Mrs. Daisy Housden of Stanley & Mrs. Nelson Louderback of Luray. Sons, Perry Foltz & Nelson Foltz of Stanley, Richard Foltz at home & Leonard Foltz of Baltimore. Stepdaughter, Mrs. Ora Foltz of Winchester. 11 grandchildren & 11 great grandchildren.
