Mollie is the daughter of Jacob D. & Catherine C. "Kate" (Higgs) Emerson. She married William Amiss Foltz on May 18, 1893. She married Jacob Perry Foltz on May 10, 1905 in Page County, Virginia.

FOLTZ, MOLLIE SUSAN age 90 yrs. widow of Jacob Perry Foltz died at her home, near Stanley, Sunday night, following an illness of sometime. Born 16 Nov 1875 at McGaheysville she was the d/o the late Jacob D. & Kate Higgs Emerson. She was a member of the Newport United Church of Christ. She was twice married. Her 1sthusband was William P. Foltz. Her 2nd husband, Jacob Perry Foltz died in 1960. Daughters, Mrs. Daisy Housden of Stanley & Mrs. Nelson Louderback of Luray. Sons, Perry Foltz & Nelson Foltz of Stanley, Richard Foltz at home & Leonard Foltz of Baltimore. Stepdaughter, Mrs. Ora Foltz of Winchester. 11 grandchildren & 11 great grandchildren. Burial took place in the St. Paul's Lutheran Church Cemetery. (PNC - issue 15 Jan 1966)
