He leaves his widow, Mrs. Esther Phillips; one son, Delmont; three daughters, Marjorie, Olive and Roberta, Burgettstown, Pa.; his father, R. S. Phillips, Chester, and four sisters, Mrs. Ella Martin, Chester; Mrs. Minnie Butterworth, East Liverpool; Mrs. Jennie Acherman, Carrollton, O., and Mrs. Elizabeth Ferris, Midway, Pa.
Funeral services will be...Thursday in the Martin home, Carolina avenue, in charge of the Rev. W. H. Baker, Pastor of the First Church of Christ, East Liverpool. Burial will be made in Cross Creek cemetery at Burgettstown."
