Anna Louise (Schwed) Lipp was born to Isidor and Pauline Schwed in Bohemia, Czechoslovakia. Anna and Herman Lipp were united in marriage on November 23, 1910, at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Kansas City, Kansas. She had been a resident since 1895.

Anna passed away at the age of 85 on Monday, February 17, 1975, at the Kansas City nursing home at 6261 Leavenworth Road. She was a parishioner of St. Anthony's Catholic Church and its Altar Society.

She leaves three daughters, Miss Rosemary Lipp of Lansing, Mrs. Frances Beach and Mrs. Marian Milleret, both of Kansas City, Kas.; four sons, Herbert Vernon Lipp of the home, Herman Otto Lipp of Leavenworth, Edward Ernest Lipp of 4709 Leavenworth Rd. and Robert Eugene Lipp of 1850 North 36th; her sister, Miss Emma Schwed, of Kansas City, Kas.; 19 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

Visitation and the Rosary recitation was held from the Reising Chapel. The Funeral Mass was celebrated from St. Anthony Catholic Church followed by interment at Mount Calvary Cemetery.
