-There is some vague evidence that Agnes father, Amariah Kennedy, married a woman- "Nellie" in Michigan before later marrying Emma Jane Wampole in 1888, and that Agnes was born of the first marriage. A 1880 US Census taken in Bangor, Van Buren, Michigan may support the first marriage theory. It is known that Amariah did have siblings/family that lived in Michigan during that period. This site manager has thus far been unable to verify further details on that issue.
-Agnes E. (Kennedy) Aylor Sanford was buried within the family plot of her first husband, Mervin J. Aylor, along with their 4 daughters (3 of whom died in infancy), her father Amariah "Amy" Kennedy, and her 1st husband's parents.
