Jerry L. French, 50, died Friday, March 20, 1992, in a shooting at 80 Main St.

He was born August 7, 1941 in Cadillac, yo Lynn and Maxine (Thomason) French. He moved to Battle Creek from Cadillac in 1942.

He was a 1959 graduate of Springfield High School and joined Kellogg Co. in 1959 and retired Feb. 28, 1991. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.

He was preceded in death by his by his father in 1977 and his twin brother in 1967.

He is survived by his wife, the former Eva A. Kinsey; a son, Arthur L. French of Battle Creek; a daughter, Kimberly D. Darling of Battle Creek; five grandchildren; his mother; and a brother, Charles E. French of Manchester, England.

Visitation will be after 6 p.m., Monday at the Richard A. Henry Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with the Rev. Todd Pierce of First Church of the Nazarene officiating. Memorials for the Building Fund of First Church of the Nazarene or charity of choice,
