Katy Francis Burton, 85, of Manteca and formerly of Lodi and Thornton, died March 12. She was born Katy Francis Asher on March 11, 1922 in Harjo, Okla. Mrs. Burton was a homemaker and a member of Landmark Missionary Baptist Church of Woodbridge.
She is survived by her sons, Jerry Burton, of Del City, Okla., David Burton, of Malide, Okla.; daughters, Mary Lou Burton, of Manteca; Carolyn Burton of Missouri and Willadean Young of Lodi; 13 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
