Elmo Josiah Call was born 25 January 1893 in Rigby, Jefferson County, Idaho. He was the 4th of the 10 children born to Josiah Call and Dove Facer Call. Siblings: Oel Facer Call (1885), Mary Nancy Call (1887), Ethel May Call (1890), Dove Alida Call (1895), Royal Glen Call (1900), Vivian A. Call (1902), Allan Willard Call (1904), Leland Call (1906), and Lola Call (1908). He married Isa Sumsion on September 1, 1921 in Manti, Sanpete, Utah. Elmo earned his living as a Chiropractor. He passed away 10 September 1974 in Moscow, Latah, Idaho and is buried in the Moscow Cemetery. The Rigby Star - Sept. 1, 1921 — Dr. Elmo J. Call, son of Josiah Call, and Miss Isa Sumsion, of Manti. Utah, were united In marriage in the Manti Temple this week. Miss Sumsion was a teacher ln the public schools of this city (Rigby, Idaho) last year. Dr. Call is a Rigby boy and recently was graduated from the Palmer School of Chiropractic, of Davenport, Iowa. He has been practicing here for the past year. They will return to Rigby to make their home after a visit with Utah relatives.
