Mr. Carr, who was a resident of East Liverpool for 28 years, is survived by his widow, three sons, Edmund, John & Leo, and 5 sisters of Syracuse, New York.
Funeral services will be held at 9 am Tuesday in the St. Aloysius Cemetery.
