MRS. H. RANER DIES FOLLOWING OPERATION Mrs. Henrietta Raner died at 11:45 a.m. last Saturday, July 13th following an operation for appendicitis at the Ninneshcah hospital in Pratt. Funeral services were held at the Baptist church in Wilmore on Wednesday afternoon. Burial was in the Wilmore cemetery. Mrs. Raner was in her usual health until the fourth of July when she suddenly became ill. She was taken to the Ninnescah hospital at Pratt, July 8. Due to the condition of her system, which was poisoned by appendix complications, the operation was put off until July 10. Apparently, Mrs. Raner improved after the operation, having stood it very well. This improvement did not continue long however, and on July 13, she died.
