She was born in Leaksville (now Eden) to the late John Robert Webster and Edith Olene Dillon Scott.
She was retired nurse's aide and attended Growing Oaks Community Church in Eden.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Larry Tolbert and daughter Angela Law.
She is survived by her daughter Pamela Craig and husband Jeff Craig of Stoneville, NC, sister Toni Webster Vansickle of High Point, NC, brother John Webster of New Jersey and grandchildren Logan and Cody Craig as well as several nieces and nephews.
