Flemingsburg - Celia E. Timmons, 91, of 127 Garr Avenue, widow of Noah Timmons, died Friday at Fleming County Hospital. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Boone -Nickell Funeral Home. Burial will be at Maysville Cemetery. Visitation will be after 6 p.m. today.
