Louisa WRAY Arnold was the wife of my second great uncle, John Arnold and was my grandfather's aunt.

She was the daughter of Hardy and Belinda FOX Wray who were both born in North Carolina, although, they did migrate to Indiana.

Louisa and John were married in Shelby County, Indiana on Dec. 7, 1862 and they, eventually, migrated to Missouri, as did several of their family members at various times. In Missouri, they were engaged in the farming business.

She and John were the parents of George L. Arnold, their only son.

Aunt Louisa succumbed to carcinoma of the stomach at the age of 78. She was survived by her husband, son, and many, many friends and family and was greatly loved and missed by all.
