Parents unknown on DC, he was born Jun 17 1864, was married Nellie, was widowed, lived at Rt 1 Molalla for 10 years, died there of arteriosclerotic heart disease, generalized arteriosclerosis, and gangrene in right foot, per death certificate 12692, whose informant was Carrie McMillan. Buried Nov 10 1955.

Per Nebraska Marriage Records, on Aug 18 1887 in Richland, NE, Joseph S. Heacock of Sarpy Co, NE, 22, born in IL, son of D. M. and Selinda Latae Heacock, married May White of Sarpy Co, NE, 20, born in IL, daughter of G. W. and Sadie King White.

Joseph S. Heacock, 90, died at the home of a daughter in Molalla, OR, November 8.

The family farmed a few miles southeast of Gretna for many years. They left the farm in the 1930s and moved to Bellevue. After the death of Mrs. Heacock, Mr. Heacock went to Oregon to live with a daughter.

Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. John Kinsey of Bellevue, Mrs. Warren Kent and Mrs. Don McMillan of Molalla, OR; 8 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.

Services were held at Larkin Funeral Home in Omaha Saturday. Burial was in Springfield Cemetery.
