Eleanor was a member of Blessed Sacrament Church and was a very active parishioner. She enjoyed listening to music, doing puzzles and coloring.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Martin K. Nordin; a son, Robert R. Nordin; three brothers, Alfred, Albert and William Amendola and four sisters, Lena Alo, Ida Amendola, Irene Chojnacki and Virginia Bonante.
Survivors include her daughter, Patricia Paprocki; two grandchildren, Robert R. Nordin and Rene Meehan husband Dan; three great grandchildren, Tyler, Kira and Tiana Meehan; and many nieces and nephews.
Friends are invited to call at Brugger Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1595 West 38th St. on Thursday from 4 to 7 P.M. and are invited to a prayer there on Friday at 12:30 P.M. followed by a funeral mass at Blessed Sacrament Church at 1:00 P.M. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery.
