He is survived by his wife Beverly (Holes) Keith; a son, Herman Cecil Jr.; daughter-in-law, Lisa (Griffin) Keith; granddaughter, Kayleigh Lynn (Keith) Digman; grandson-in-law, Joshua Digman; two great-grandsons, Carson James and Lincoln Emmett; granddaughter, Alexis Morgan; grandson, Justin Cecil; and a brother, Daniel D. Keith.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Cecil and Helen (Parks) Keith; sister, Tammy; and brother; Lewis.
He worked all his life running heavy equipment. He enjoyed his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was an avid fisherman and hunter.
There will be no services.
