Janice A. (Boyden) Ireland, 80, a longtime resident of Stoughton, died peacefully at Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton on Wednesday, August 25, 2021 surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of Frank B. Ireland, Jr. for 62 years.
Daughter of the late James E. and Sophia (Budreika) Boyden, she was born and raised in Sharon. Janice was a graduate of Sharon High School, Class of 1958.
She was a resident of Stoughton for 55 years. She was a homemaker. She enjoyed reading and gardening but her greatest joy was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, Janice is survived by her children, Frank B. Ireland, III and his wife Donna of Easton, David M. Ireland and his wife Anna Maria of Norton and Cynthia M. Ireland of Raynham. She is also survived by her eight grandchildren, as well as her nine great-grandchildren. She was the sister of the late James Boyden, John Boyden and Joan Consalvo and is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
