Penny spent many years working for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts -Departments of Mental Health and Retardation in various administrative support positions. She was a skilled craftswomen and a talented musician with a true passion for the Arts. A gifted writer, Penny dabbled in writing poetry and prose.
She also leaves a son, Jason Lord, of Falmouth, her sister, Karen Eldridge of Pocasset, many family members, friends and her beloved cat Chuck.
A graveside service will be held at 12 noon, on Saturday, October 25th at the Central Cemetery, Center St. in Middleboro.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Humane Society and Shelter, 31 Ventura Drive, Dartmouth, MA 02747
