Thomas Clarence Rayburn, 76 of St. Albans passed away Sunday, July 25, 2021 at his residence.

He was born in Point Pleasant to the late Dana and Edith Barnett Rayburn.
He was also preceded in death by his wife, Deborah Rayburn; step-sons, Brandon Evjen and Erik Evjen; brother, Lewis, Leslie, Dana and Joe Rayburn; sisters, Patty and Barbara Rayburn.

He was retired from the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 466, Charleston. His hobbies was building model cars and working in shop.

Tom was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle.

Left to cherish his memories are his daughters, Latisha Salmons (David Harmon), April Rayburn Roach (Charles), and Shyanna Nicole Boggess (Mason Wayne); step-son, Lee Evjen; brothers, Paul and Lawrence Rayburn; sister; Velma Pearson; sister-in-law, Helen Rayburn. Also surviving are his grandchildren, Winter Boggess, Leon Boggess, Austin Tate, Jason Salmons, Tristan Roach and Courtney Roach; special cousin, Donald "Sammy" Rayburn (Lana) and several nieces and nephews.

It was at Tom's request that he be cremated and no services be held at this time.
