Kay was always a hard worker, she had worked for the grocery stores in New Haven for many years, ran a restaurant in New Haven, and before retiring worked many years for Coleman Tri County Services. She loved the Lord as it showed in her daily life. She had been active in many churches throughout the area over the years but recently was a member of the Roads church in Norris City. She loved cooking, flowers, socializing with people but mostly her family. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend and will be missed.
Visitation for Kay will be on Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at the Roads church in Norris City from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Her funeral service will immediately follow at the church at 1:00 PM with Rev. Chad Everett officiating. She will then be laid to rest in Union Ridge Cemetery near New Haven.
