William and Abigail lived at the old log homestead of Williams parents near the Canada border. They were devoute members of the Baptist Church of Richford. They were the parents of Sally Lemira, Nahum Dennis (1814-1881), Pruella Diadaima (1816), William Gardner (1818), John Riley (1820-1912), Arnold Luther(1822-1908), George Washington (1824), and Mory Daniel (1827) Arms.
William was sick a long time before he died. He wanted to be buried in his fathers orchard. But after his death, his wife buried him in the cemetery on Troy Street in Richford, VT
