He passed peacefully comforted by the presence of his family and friends at his bedside. His parents were Cecil Raymond and Hattie Fay (Hawes) Webb. He attended Rolla School of Engineering in Joplin. He married Nancy Prutsman 3 Oct 1959 in Joplin. They moved to Overland Park KS in 1959 where Jim took a job with Gulf Oil. In 1969 he founded Webb Electronics, retiring in 2006. He is survived by his wife and three children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
