Edwin Lohry, 78, of 1424 Vista Ave., retired Fisher Body employee, died this morning at 4:45 in Mercy Hospital. He retired as a Fisher foreman in 1948 after 25 years service.
Born in Waukesha, Aug. 21, 1887, he was the son of John and Margaret Lohry. He married Stella M. Bancroft in Janesville. He was a member of Cargill Methodist Church.
Surviving are his wife; two sons, Kenneth J., Janesville, and Ralph L., Chicago; five grandchildren.
Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday in the Overton Funeral Home. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery.
