Age 81, Passed away at the Westview Nursing Home early Saturday morning, June 11, 1983. He was born in Oshkosh, WI, on August 7, 1901, but had lived in Racine since 1937. He was married to the former Mabel Andrews, who preceded him in death on March 27, 1975.

Mr. Annis served with the U.S. Army during WWI. He had owned the Racine Welding Co. until 1982. He was a member of Masonic Lodge No. 18 F. & A.M. Surviving are three sons and daughters-in-law, Donald and (Aileen) Annis, Eugene and (Jan) Annis, all of Racine, Orville and (Lillian) Annis of Fremont, Wis; three daughters and two sons-in-law, Arlene and (Frank) Cuccia of Larson, Wi, Audrey and (Thomas) Robbins of Port Washington, WI, Mrs. William (Marilyn) Suprak of Racine; 24 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; one sister, Hazel Andrews of N. Fond du Lac, WI.

Masonic Funeral Services with Past Master John Ebert will be held at the Wilson Funeral Home on Monday, June 13, 15 10:00 a.m. Interment will be at West Lawn Memorial Park. Friends may call at the Wilson Funeral Home, 1139 Blaine Ave. this (Sunday) evening from 7:00 until 9:0 p.m. All Master Masons are requested to meet at the Funeral Home on Monday morning at 9:30.
