Theo Baker 93 of Jeffersonville IN, returned to the Father Feb. 7, 2022 .
He was born 11.23.1928 on Teges Creek in Onieda, KY to Lucy and Gilbert Baker.
Theo went on to have a long career in barbering and owned Baker's Barber Shop on Allison Ln. After raising a family in Jeffersonville, he spent many years in Palm Beach County FL, where he also learned to fly a plane. Theo was a faithful servant of Christ and grateful for his many blessings and full life.
He is survived by His children, Corbett Gary Baker( Anita) ,Pamela Johns ( Mike), and Phyllis Baker; sister, Louise Baker; grandchildren, Scott Baker (Cassity), David Brewer (Shonna), Tosha Ortega (Soper), Tyson Baker ( Brittney), Dusty Baker ( Pam); and great- grandchildren, Cullen, China , Ian, Chandler ,Owen ,Elijah, Isaiah, Claire, Alana ,Olivia and Tyler.
The family has chosen cremation and has entrusted him into the care of Scott Funeral Home.
A memorial will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, May 28, 2022 at Oak Park Baptist Church, with inurnment to follow at Walnut Ridge Cemetery.
The family would like to thank Emma's Place Assisted living for such loving care the past 2 yrs.
