Benson D. Hargrave, 55, died at this home early in the morning of August 29, 1969 in Xenia, OH. Firemen were called to the home at 4:37am but Mr Hargrave was dead when they arrived. A member of the Church of God, he was a custodian at Happy Times School. Born January 15, 1914 in Wilmington OH, he was the son of John and Margaret Hargrave, both now deceased. Survivors are his widow, Helen; five sons, James, Benson, Edward and John, all of Xenia and Herschel of Goulds, FL; six daughters, Janet, Lela, Linda, Marva, and Gayenell, all of Xenia an Mrs Thomas (Priscilla) Simpson of Columbus OH; a brother James of Detroit; a sister Mrs Theodore Watson, Wilmington OH and nine grandchildren
