Mildred Brady Fowler, 81, of Chesnee passed away on Thursday, February 17, 2022 at Upstate Community Hospice. She lived in Spartanburg County and was the daughter of the late George Washington and Nellie Ruth Wardlaw Brady. Mildred was the widow of the late Ray Coleman Fowler and a member of Westgate Freewill Baptist Church.
She is survived by her daughter, Karen (Ken) Cleapor of Boiling Springs; her daughter-in-law, Robin Fowler; five grandchildren, Holly (William) Leonard, Christopher Fowler, Kristen (Brian) Justice, Kelly (Kevin) Hart and Jesse Fowler; and six great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Steven Ray Fowler and her sister, Mary Jett.
The family will receive friends Sunday, February 20, 2022 from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM at Eggers Funeral Home of Chesnee. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Eggers Funeral Home Chapel in Chesnee with the Rev. Kevin Smith officiating. Interment will be in Springhill Memorial Gardens.
