Aaron Reece Hipkins was deeply loved before he was even born. His family lovingly called him "Jellybean" while they waited for his birth. He is a precious, gentle, tender, loving soul. His wry smile and genius dry wit were second to none. Aaron passed away on February 10, 2022, at the age of 23.

He loved nature and animals, especially his birds and his cats, Peach and Duchess. Aaron now flies free of pain and sorrow.

Aaron excelled at everything he put his mind to including MESA competition for video-game design, multiple high-level STEM competitions, and graduating high school in the top ten percent while completing his EMT certification. Aaron accepted a full-ride scholarship to the University of North Texas, where he studied biochemistry. He was a top-ranked gamer, competing in many tournaments.

Aaron is survived by his brother, Nathan Hipkins; sister, Jordan (Micah) Richardson; mother, Sonja Greenawalt; and father, Daniel (Ingrid) Hipkins.

Please consider participating in mental health awareness week and wearing a green ribbon in honor of Aaron.

A graveside service will be held in the Garden of the Christus at Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Frederick, MD.
