Annie Belle Whitecotton-Robison passed away Thursday, February 10, 2022 at her home in De Kalb, Texas. She was 91. She was born January 8, 1931 in New Boston, Texas, to Rufus Clay and Virginia Hill Garrett.

She was a former store clerk for Raymond's Department Store in De Kalb, Texas.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Joseph D. Whitecotton and Albert Robison; a brother, Gilbert C. Garrett; and a sister, Bobby Jean Garrett.

She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Billy Joe and Rebecca Whitecotton of Fate, Texas and Tommy Ray and Darlene Whitecotton of Wake Village, Texas; two daughters, Margaret Ann Ward of New Boston, Texas and Bonita Sue Whitecotton of De Kalb, Texas; three brothers and a sister-in-law, Harold Garrett of Elizabethtown, Kentucky, Joyce Garrett of New Boston, Texas and Jerry Lynn and Delores Garrett of Hooks, Texas; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Lavoice Wright of Utah and Virginia "Peggy" and Skip Freeman of Alabama; 13 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; 8 great great grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.

Services will be 3:00 PM Monday, February 14, 2022 at Bates Family Funeral Home in De Kalb, Texas with Elder Henry C. Platt officiating. Interment will follow at Dalby Springs Cemetery.
