Indiana State Board of Health Certificate of Death No. 19227 for Indianapolis, Marion County, records Emma Campbell, an 82 year, 8 months, and 6-day-old widowed white female, died on 1 June 1943 at Robert Long Hospital in Indianapolis, due to "Fractured Left Hip. Hypostatic Pneumonia. Ventricular Fibrillation." She was the daughter of Caleb Warner, born in Ohio, and Elizabeth Singleton, born in Indiana. Alice Campbell was the informant. Burial was at Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin, Johnson County on 4 June 1943, Flinn Funeral Home of Franklin, Directors.
