Ellen Hem was born on February 15, 1944, in Ottumwa, Iowa, the daughter of Charles and Rosa (Baugher) Hem. She married Richard Brammann on March 22, 1969, in Davenport. He preceded her in death on January 6, 2004. She worked at Creative World Daycare in Davenport, Iowa. She enjoyed drawing, camping, fishing, making jewelry, and spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and son, Terry Brammann.
Ellen is the oldest of 4 children of Charles & Rosa Hem.
