Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at Parkview Nursing Home at the age of 101. Reunited with her husband Harold Badgerow.
Loving mother of Lynne Smith and the late Donna Maryniak. Cherished grandmother of the late Erin Chung, Drew Smith, Michael Maryniak and Curtis Marynicak. Great Grandmother to Nathan Chung. Survived by her siblings Ruth Reesor and Alan Jones.
Alta was a lifelong resident of Stouffville and was active in the community through out the years. She volunteered for many local groups and organization. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
