Mrs. Tilly Ann Skipper, 66, of Rockingham, went home to be with the Lord, Wednesday, February 2, 2022, at First Health Richmond Memorial Hospital.

Mrs. Skipper was born October 21, 1955, in San Diego, CA, daughter of the late Wilbur and Rosemary Snider.

She was a homemaker most all of her life and a member of Roberdel Baptist Church. She was a devoted Christian and loved people. She was gifted in crafts, especially needle-point and cross-stitching.

Mrs. Skipper was preceded in death by her parents, Wilbur and Rosemary Grootonk Snider.

She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Lonnie B. Skipper, Jr., of the home; sons, Jeffrey Bryan Skipper, Jason Matthew Skipper, and Daniel Alexander Skipper, all of Rockingham, and Lonnie B. Skipper, III (Katie), of Albemarle; and sister, Eugenia Snider, of Arizona.

A memorial service will be Saturday, February 05, 2022 at 4:00pm, at Roberdel Baptist Church. Visitation will follow the service.
